Celebrate Respectfully

Snoqualmie Tribe: Ancestral Lands Movement banner

The Festival at Mt. Si recognizes that while we celebrate the rich history in the Snoqualmie Valley each summer, the Snoqualmie Tribe was here long before any of our ancestors.

We acknowledge that we are on the Indigenous Land of Coast Salish peoples who have reserved treaty rights to the land, specifically the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe.

We ask that you take a moment to honor and acknowledge their long-standing history and connection to the land since time immemorial.

The Tribe are the original stewards of lands and waters, and we urge you to be mindful of caretaking these natural resources and celebrating our town history respectfully while recreating on sacred lands.
