Silent Auction

The Festival at Mt. Si is one of the very few festivals that are funded solely through donations and run by an all volunteer committee.

The Silent Auction is one of our largest fundraisers during the festival and we rely on its proceeds to help continue to fund the festival for upcoming years. The success of our auction is due in large part to the high-quality items donated by local businesses and festival vendors.

Bidding Instructions

Bidding will close promptly at 6pm. Please return to the Silent Auction area by 7pm to collect your item(s). If we are unable to reach you by 7pm, we will contact the next highest bidder.

Cash, Personal Check or Money Order are accepted forms of payment.

Fill out a Bid Card (Name, address, phone number) and receive your Bid Number
Use your Bid Number to bid on an item. Check back often to see if anyone has outbid you and rebid!!!
When placing your bid, be aware of the Minimum Bid and the Minimum Raise:
MINIMUM BID: The minimum dollar amount shown on the first bid line to start bidding.
MINIMUM RAISE: The amount each new bid must increase over the prior bid. The Minimum Raise is shown at the bottom of the bid sheet. (i.e. if the current Bid is at $10.00 and the minimum rise is $1.00, then the next bid must be $11.00 or more.
BUY IT NOW/GUARANTEED BID: The amount you need to bid if you wish to purchase the item and close bidding. To Buy It Now, please turn in the bid sheet to the volunteer in charge.
